Shiba’s are amazing dogs! People say you shdolun’t have them if your a first time dog owner but I disagree. They do shed but keep them brushed often and they aren’t bad. Yes, they are stubborn in training but I entered mine in an obedience class and she did great! They are sooo loyal and just great dogs all together! I think Akitas are very similar to them, they are cousins. So just do a bit of research and it’ll help you make a great decision! Good luck
